Gail Small is a Fulbright Memorial Scholar. She has been named
to Who's Who In American Colleges and Universities and Who's Who
Among America's Teachers in 2005 and 2006.
Ms. Small holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology, a Master's
Degree in Education, a California Life Credential, and Certification with the William Glasser Institute in Choice Theory, Reality Therapy, and Lead-Management.
She is a People to People Ambassador.
Her lecture venues include local, national and international conferences, festivals, and major cruise lines. Gail has been featured on subjects including volunteering, choices, communication, creativity, education, self-esteem, lifestyles, goal setting, stress, parenting, writing and destinations.
Ms. Small is a Master teacher and has consulted for teacher training programs at numerous universities. During her thirty-five year teaching career, she mentored gifted and talented, troubled, high-risk, learning disabled, bilingual, mainstreamed and multi-aged students.
Her experience includes working with the Early Childhood Education Model School, Madelyn Hunter Clinical Teaching Demonstration School, William Glasser Consortium School, Open Classroom, IDEA League of Innovative Schools, and the Gifted Chidren's Association. |
